No, exchanges unless you were sent incorrect item. Please, send back within 7 days of the delivery date, and we will exchange as long as the item(s) has not been heat-treated, colored, cut, worn, or chemically altered.

Due to our product being raw hair normally a simple wash and deep condition will be the solution.
DELIVERY
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the postal carrier service or your Package Protection if your purchased it. Dreamy Dragon is not held liable for packages that state DELIVERED.
Order Delays
Once your order has been shipped and the tracking number has been provided, any delays are the carrier's responsibility. (Dreamy Dragon) is not liable for any delays from the courier.
We highly recommended that you do not make any salon appointments or place any deposits down until your parcel is received. Dreamy Dragon will not be responsible for any hair appointment cancellations, and or deposit due to such. Please accordingly plan when placing your order, as all sales are final.
We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or any carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as business days and should be considered when calculating shipping times.
